There is no fee to join any of our wine clubs.
We ship wines to the follow states: (CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MI, MN,, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY)
We also recommend using business address and we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, because we require a signature
You can pick up your shipment from our tasting room in Sonoma, California or we can ship to the shipping address you provide.
We will use the credit card on file for the shipment and charge your account a few days prior to shipping. We send an email notification 2 weeks before shipping your wine so that you can verify any changes in your billing information prior to us charging the shipment.
Your discount on all wine starts the second you sign up.
Federal Law requires a signature by someone 21 years or older for all deliveries that contain alcoholic beverages. We encourage using a business address for shipments if possible, just make sure you trust your co-workers!
Our membership makes a great gift! To sign someone up for a gift, check the box “Is this a gift membership?” Fill your information in the billing information section, and the information of the lucky person who will be receiving this gifts in the shipping information section.
This is the key to your membership online. You can log into the website and purchase wines with your discount. We also use this to notify you of your shipment, tracking number, invitational only events, limited releases that are only available for members.
Absolutely! We welcome members to take advantage of their discounts not only for wine shipments, but on all other wine and merchandise purchases throughout the year.
We do our best to ship wines in a timely manner, but Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. If temperatures between Sonoma and your home are extreme (below 45 degrees, above 85 degrees) we will hold the shipment, continue to monitor weather patterns and ship when the wine can arrive in beautiful condition.
There is a 3 shipment minimum when you join our membership.
You can log in to your account on our website using your email address as your username and your assigned password that you receive when you joined. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it from our website.
Friends help each other out. If you are financial unable to commit to a shipment or you’re wine rack is too full, no worries we’ll help. After your first wine shipment, you’re allowed to suspend your membership for a maximum of two shipments. Please email wineclub@envolvewinery.com to suspend your current membership.
We can hold wine shipments if you are going on vacation or know that you will not be there to sign for the package. Please email wineclub@envolvewinery.com to place a hold on a shipment.
You can cancel your membership once you have completed the minimum commitment of three shipments. To cancel we require you to email us at wineclub@envolvewinery.com. All cancellations must be received and confirmed 2 weeks prior to the next wine shipment.
There is no fee to cancel the membership once you have completed the minimum commitment of three shipments. If for any reason you need to cancel before you have met this minimum, you will be charged the difference in price for all of wines and products you purchased at a discounted rate.
