MacLeod Family Ranch-Sauvignon Blanc
The MacLeod Family Ranch consists of fifty rolling acres in Sonoma County's Valley of the Moon. Sitting on a rolling hillside in the beautiful town of Kenwood, CA. The soil is a rocky loam consisting of poorly sorted, metamorphic and recent volcanic debris, stones, boulders, sand and clay layers with about 20 inches of topsoil underlain with more rocks and boulders and eventually volcanic andesite. This is not your typical farm or garden soil but when properly managed lean rocky soils like this can produce wine grapes with unusually great flavors. Our Sauvignon Blanc is planted on gentle north facing slopes. This site also receives a cool breeze at the end of the day which Sauvignon Blanc loves. Wines from this property typically are clean, crisp, refreshing and balance perfectly with the bright and zesty grapefruit tones in the tradition of a MacLeod Sauvignon Blanc.

Lennox Vineyard-Pinot Noir
Lennox Vineyard Pinot Noir comes from a small 9 acre family run property located on the southern edge of the renowned Russian River Valley Appellation. The seasonal fog and the tempering effects of the ocean to the west give this area a uncommonly long growing season, and creates ideal conditions for cool-climate grape varieties, particularly Pinot Noir. These ideal growing conditions result in wines of uncommon depth and richness that still maintain their bright natural acidity. The vineyard was re-planted in 2002 to Pinot Noir clones 115, 667, and 777.
Puma Springs Vineyard-Bordeaux Varietals
Exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the gently rolling hillsides of Puma Springs Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. Midway between the Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys the vineyard is ideally located on gently sloping hillsides that take advantage of the local micro climate. This spot is ideally suited to growing Bordeaux wine grapes. During the growing season the vineyard sees typically hot days and a cooling evening breeze which burns the fog away each morning earlier than the surrounding valleys. The soil is sandy clay loam. Wine from this property typically exhibits rich aromas of blackberries and other black-skinned fruit, and express beautiful weight and mouth feel. Generally, these wines are bold, powerful with a solid structure integrated with flavors of rich coffee, dark chocolate and berry flavored currants.
